Great job!
I've tried to install it on Joomla 1.7.2. but i have only a little problem.
My Joomla has 2 languages (Italian and English), when i set italian language (in the Backend's login)
everything is still in English.
On my site this problem is very big because i use Sobipro and to write in Directory in Italian i have to write in the italian backend, with the new mission control I can't have access to that version anymore. It still stays in English.
As i set the default Joomla!'s Template all works regularly.
Did i make some mistake? How can i solve?
I tried with:
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Browser:
Firefox 7.0.1
Chrome 15.0.874
Safari 5.1.1
I use:
Joomla 1.7.2
Languages:
English UK
Italian
I can give you the access datas so you can see directly.
With Bluestork it works, if i pass to Mission Control it works in Italian.
I Logout with Mission Control, I Login again with Mission Control in Italian languages and as i enter in i see it in English.
The only way at the moment is to mantain Bluestork as default, i access in Italian and I modify the theme in Mission Control (so it stays in Italian until next login).
Working fine for me with Italian admin language pack for 1.7.2. I'm sure you've tried clearing your browser caches etc? Might as well PM me your account information and URL so I can see what's going on. cheers.
Ciao Alessandro,
can you try replacing the file at administrator/templates/rt_missioncontrol/js/MC.Lang.js with the attached one.
Then try to hard refresh the admin login and see if it fixes the issue.
Also, if you see any weird translation that you think could be improved, please let us know. I had troubles translating some italians words from english as they sound better in english than they do in italian for me.
Perfect!
with that file it works perfectly.
About translation ok, but i also think that some words are clearer in english than in italian, and i can't speak english very well.
Italian language is perfect for poetry and we leave english for poetics webcode.
The 1.5 has not been updated at this time and we are still evaluating whether or not to back-port some of the bugs/features from 2.0 to the Joomla 1.5 version. The current 1.5.3 version for Joomla 1.5 is still available to download.
Alex,
I can understand the disappointment but this is a free product and not part of the club.
It's all about ressources wich are just limited.
That the 1.5 hasn't been updated (this time) does not mean that RT will stop supporting J1.5 templates.
And just to say it ... I stopped using 1.5 already some time ago and won't look back.
